Defining and Measuring Success

Program Development & Growth

Evaluation is an important component of The Artmobile’s continuous improvement efforts. We will use a mixed-method evaluation design to assess the effectiveness and impact of the program. The documentation will include attendance sheets, participant survey forms, video, pictures, other feedback gathered from participant groups, and anecdotal responses documented during sessions. The results will be analyzed and used for ongoing improvement and scalability efforts of the program.

We are collaborating with the following non-profit partners to develop expanded programs for their constituents: The Columbus Metropolitan Library Hilltop Branch, Glenwood Community Center, Homeless Families Foundation, Gladden Community House, and Franklinton Board of Trade.

Our efforts will be supported by appearances at important neighborhood cultural events, where we will build relationships with the neighborhoods we serve.
